My name is Ashman. I come from a corporate leadership background where I worked as a supervisor overseeing 140+ locations across the U.S. and Canada. That experience taught me discipline, accountability, and how to lead people while maintaining high standards and professionalism, especially in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
Outside of work, I’m a huge Halloween fan and have previously worked as a scare actor at well-known amusement parks. That experience pushed me outside my comfort zone and helped me become more adaptable, confident, and people-focused. I’m also a big car enthusiast—especially BMWs—and enjoy staying active and engaged in things that challenge me creatively and mentally.
I bring a strong work ethic, leadership mindset, and a bit of personality into everything I do, and I’m excited to continue growing and contributing within the FNC team.
